1. Who we are and how these terms work

These terms apply when you use fabxers.com or hire FABXERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“FABXERS”, “we”, “us”) for SEO, Shopify or WooCommerce development, WordPress speed optimisation, or content marketing. By using our website or accepting a quote, you agree to them. They do not cover FABTRACK, which has its own terms at fabtrack.pk/terms.

Company details: FABXERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017 (CUIN 0193129). Registered office: Office No 2, Palyzei Muhalla, Sultankot, District Shikarpur, Sindh, Pakistan.

  • Website. The information on fabxers.com is general. We try to keep it accurate, but it is not a binding offer. Prices shown on the site, including the SEO ranges in our FAQs, are guides until we confirm a quote in writing.
  • Your project. Each project is agreed in a written quote or service agreement that names the work, the price, the payment terms and the start date. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins.

2. Quotes, payment and what we need from you

  • Quotes and start. We confirm the package and start date within 24 hours of first contact, and work starts once you accept the quote and we receive the first payment agreed in it.
  • Payment. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa from Pakistani clients, and PayPal or Wise from international clients. Prices are in PKR unless the quote says otherwise. We do not accept cash payments for ongoing monthly retainers. Invoices are due on the dates in the quote.
  • Late payment. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
  • Monthly services. Monthly retainers, such as SEO, continue until either side ends them in writing with notice agreed in the quote.
  • What you provide. Timely access to your website, store, Search Console and analytics, accurate business information, approvals, and the content or products we need. Delays on your side can move our dates.
  • Changes to the scope. Work outside the agreed scope, or larger audits and rush timelines, is quoted separately before we start it.
  • Third-party costs. Hosting, domains, themes, plugins, payment gateways and ad spend are paid by you directly unless the quote includes them.

3. Ownership, results and confidentiality

  • Your content. Your brand, products, text, images and store data stay yours. You give us permission to use them to do the work.
  • Our work. When you have paid for a deliverable in full, you own the content and custom work we made for you. Our tools, methods, templates and any third-party software stay with their owners, and you receive the right to use them as part of the deliverable.
  • Portfolio. We may describe a project in our case studies, and we name or show a client’s brand only with their permission.
  • No guaranteed results. SEO and marketing depend on search engines, competition and things outside our control. Ranking and traffic timelines on our website are typical experience, not promises. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic or sales figure.
  • Confidentiality. We keep your business information, store data and access details private, use them only for your project, and remove our access when the project ends. This does not apply to information that is public or that the law requires us to share.

4. Liability, ending work, law and contact

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, FABXERS is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost sales, or for problems caused by search engines, platforms, couriers, hosting or other third parties. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work the claim relates to.

Ending work. Either side may end a project or retainer in writing, following the notice in the quote. You pay for work done up to the end date. We may stop work if the agreement is broken, if you ask us to do something illegal or against a platform’s rules, or if invoices stay unpaid.

Website use. Do not misuse fabxers.com, try to break into it, or copy its content without our permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan decide disputes, unless the law requires otherwise. Please contact us first so that we can try to solve a problem together.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and a change does not alter a project already agreed in writing.
