FABXERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“FABXERS”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing and eCommerce agency based in Hyderabad, Pakistan. We provide SEO, Shopify and WooCommerce development, WordPress speed optimisation, and content marketing for online brands.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit fabxers.com, contact us, book a call, or work with us as a client. It does not cover FABTRACK, our separate store-management app, which has its own privacy policy at fabtrack.pk/privacy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver our services and run our website.

When you contact us

  • Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and website, and the message you send through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Details you share when you book a free discovery call.

When you become a client

  • Business and billing details, such as company name, address and tax details for invoices.
  • Access you give us to do the work, such as your website admin, Shopify or WooCommerce store, Google Search Console and analytics. We use this access only for your project.
  • Information about your store that we see while working, which may include customer and order data. We handle it only as needed for the task and under your instructions.
  • Payment records for bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, PayPal or Wise payments. We do not collect or store card numbers on our website.

When you visit fabxers.com

  • Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you reached us.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 4.

We publish a client’s name, initials, city or brand only with their permission.

3. How we use information and who we share it with

We use information to answer your enquiries, deliver the services you hire us for and keep our website working. We do not sell personal information.

  • Send quotes, agreements and invoices, and record payments.
  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We contact you about marketing only if you asked for it or are an existing client, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to do the work or the law requires it:

  • Tools you ask us to use on your project, such as Google Search Console, Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress.

4. Cookies, other websites, security and retention

Cookies. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make pages work and to understand visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

Other websites. fabxers.com links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and client websites. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which handles your messages under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how other sites handle information.

Security. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can open client accounts and files, and remove access when a project ends. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and take the steps the law requires.

How long we keep information.

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for a limited time so we can follow up, then deleted.
  • Client project records: kept while we work together and afterwards for as long as needed to support the work.
  • Invoices and payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Client account access: removed when the project ends or when you ask.

5. Your rights, children, changes and contact

Your rights. You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose. You can also withdraw any consent you gave us. To use these rights, contact us below. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records that the law requires.

Children. Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell clients directly.
